New Setting
Used to create a new setting for a project which the user can define configuration settings to use for a View Definition.
Accessed when the New Setting icon is selected next to the settings grid in the Project Pane.

| Setting Name | Enter a name for the project setting. |
| Comments | (Optional) Allows you to enter descriptive information for the setting. |
